Nichols mower discs are manufactured here at our facility in Sterling, Colorado from hardened chrome-carbon steel, laser cut and robotically welded. Special heat treating provides long wear life and maximum impact strength.
Rock Guards
All rock guards are precision formed and hardened to meet or exceed OEM standards, all made in the USA. Studs are hardened chrome-nickel-moly alloy steel, far exceeding grade 5 specifications
