Twisted Chisels & Slash Points

Nichols Tillage Tools manufactures three Twisted Chisel product groups, Twisted Chisels, Slash Points and Cupped Twisted Chisels. Twisted Chisels feature center-cut ends, Slash Points are diagonally cut and Cupped Twisted Chisels have center-cut ends. Cupped Twisted Chisels are concave formed to contain and direct soil more aggressively toward the side. Left and right hand versions are available for all versions.

Twisted Chisels
Nichols twisted chisels have a slight helical twist but retain a direct point on the center of the piece. Also available hardfaced, they are offered in two material thicknesses.
Slash Points
Nichols slash points are based on our double-end chisels only with diagonally cut ends and are available hardfaced.
Cupped Twisted Chisels
A unique cup formed into a twisted chisel which channels soil along the chisel's face upward and to the side.
